This privacy policy describes what types of information we gather and track when you use our services and/or our website www.traxens.com, how this information is used, and with whom it is shared (« Privacy Policy »).
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure transparency on all processing operations relating your Personal Data in real-time. We may notify you of any substantial changes to this Privacy Policy by sending an email or in another conspicuous manner reasonably designed to notify you. For your information, undefined capitalized terms have the meaning defined by the GDPR and any applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.
1. Responsibility for Personal Data handling
All Personal Data processing is carried out under the responsibility of TRAXENS, simplified joint-stock company established under the laws of France, with a capital of €4,893,108 registered under the number 750 626 871 at the Trade and Companies Registry (RCS) of Toulouse and having its registered address at ZA LE CASSE II - 4 rue Jean Monnet, 31240 Saint-Jean, France.
2. Purpose of the processing, legitimate basis, recipients and retention period for which Personal Data is stored
We collect and process Personal Data from you, your devices and your use of the services for the following purposes, legal basis and retention period:

3. Use of sub-processors for the processing of Personal Data
Due to its activities, TRAXENS may share your Personal Data with companies, organizations, or other entities that perform services on our behalf, provided that TRAXENS only shares Personal Data where it is relevant and necessary to perform the purposes set out above in section 2. In this case, TRAXENS requires in the contractual relationship with its services providers to ensure confidentiality, security and protection measures that comply with the existing data protection laws.
For example, when you submit our contact form, the email address and message you provide are transmitted to and stored by HubSpot, Inc., which TRAXENS uses as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and contact-management platform, hosted on HubSpot's EU data infrastructure.
TRAXENS may disclose Personal Data if necessary to comply with the law or regulatory requirements, or to comply with a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
TRAXENS will not sell your Personal Data to, or in any way share it with, a third party without your permission, except as provided in this Privacy Policy or when we are required to do so by law.
4. Data Transfers
Our services providers are currently located in the European Union but they can transfer and/or process some Personal Data outside the European Union for the purposes stated above and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Unless you are otherwise notified, any transfers of your Personal Data will only be made by using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Binding Corporate Rules, when the transfer occurs in a country that does not provide adequate protection of your Personal Data.

Using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, TRAXENS restricts access to Personal Data to the recipients on a “need-to-know” basis. TRAXENS ensures that the recipients of the Personal Data are subject to an adequate confidentiality obligation.
TRAXENS has implemented state-of-the-art technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access.
