Marseille 30th September 2015
Michel Fallah, Founder and CEO, presents TRAXENS to President Hollande
The challenge was organized by the Innovation 2030 Commission headed by Anne Lauvergeon former CEO of AREVA. The Challenge was open to companies of any nationality and was designed to identify and support a small number of companies with exceptional growth potential. The winners should have the capability of having significant impact on the French economy over the next 15 years. Eight areas of potential were selected including Big Data which was the category in which TRAXENS was judged to be a winner.
The commission considered multiple criteria when choosing the winners: technology, innovation, partnerships, quality of management and business model, to ensure that all the ingredients for success have been united in the same enterprise.
The 2M€ prize consists of grants and government loans.
In the same week TRAXENS also won the 2015 Innovation Award at the World Smart Week in the M2M/IoT category.
